Pecos Fence & Gate may collect information you voluntarily submit through free estimate or contact forms, including your name, phone number, email address, property location, approximate fence footage, project timing, referral source, and project details. Pecos uses that information to respond to your request, plan or price work, and communicate about Pecos services.
When you submit a free estimate form, the submission may also include the page where your visit began, the referring page, and referral or campaign parameters such as UTM source, medium, campaign, term, or content when those parameters are present in the website address.
The site may temporarily keep that first-visit attribution information in your browser's session storage so it is not lost while you move between pages. The information is sent to Pecos only if you submit the estimate form and is used to understand how inquiries reached the website. Closing the browser session generally clears session-storage data.
Free estimate submissions are intended to be delivered to the Pecos team's Gmail inbox through a transactional email provider. Our public contact address, info@pecosbuilt.com, forwards to the same inbox. The information you submit may be transmitted to the email provider so the request and your confirmation email can be delivered.
The website does not currently require a customer account or store free estimate submissions in a Pecos website database. Future tools such as analytics, spam protection, advertising measurement, a CRM, or a customer portal may change what data is processed. This policy should be updated before those tools are added.
Information submitted through the website may be used to answer questions, evaluate project fit, prepare for site visits, build free estimates, follow up on requested work, understand which marketing channels produce inquiries, and maintain normal business records related to customer communication.
Customers may choose to reply to a confirmation email with project photos. Those photos can include fences, gates, structures, yards, or other visible property details. Only send information that is relevant to the project and that you are comfortable sharing for free estimate and project-planning purposes.
Pecos uses reasonable website and account practices intended to protect submitted information, but no internet transmission or email system can be guaranteed completely secure. Information may be retained as reasonably needed to respond to the inquiry, maintain business records, document free estimates, or support an active or completed project.
